bmi challenge
Get paid $100 to achieve a healthy weight in 2010. Studies show getting paid even a small reward can help you stay focused and accountable. The $100 comes from corporate sponsors who want to motivate you to lose weight and celebrate your success. Remember Jared from Subway?
Now, we are giving everyone the opportunity to get a corporate sponsor! Everyone who gets to a BMI below 25 in 2010 is a $100 WINNER!

Hi lagordita. We're working on making the site better and hope to roll out some improvements very soon. Stay tuned!

I want to communicate with someone who can help me use the website tools better. I tried several areas, and wound up being listed as a smoker somehow, so the "Goals" area forced me to choose a method to quit! Don't smoke, not interested! Also I can't seem to figure out how to use "Food journal" for logging what I eat if it is not a comercially processed food product. I understand all about linking with corporate sponsers, etc, but News Flash! for general economical meals I COOK (What a revolutionary idea!) So if someone could put a place onthe website to talk about these website-related issues without Blah-ing on the public blog, I'll do it. So far the only thing I do is weigh in. Any suggestions?

The form may not print correctly if you are using Firefox, Try IE :-) hope that helps
SeaMac, 4 months ago
Well, that's JUST TOO BAD for any Linux or Macintosh user! IE is Windows ONLY so this web site excludes any Non-Windows Users from participating! (Make Sure you are Using Firefox 3.6.8 if you are still having problems with the form)

I'm using the 30 Day Jump Start Program from Biggest Loser than I'll migrate to their regular plan. When I started I had 80 lbs. to lose; now I'm down 6 lbs. I've diabetes type 2, fibro, and neck/back issues which are driving me to want to be healthy not to mention that I would like to look hot. But, I need encouragement.

Way to Go TMB on waiting to be healthier before getting married. This will hopefully start you off on a good track for the rest of your lives, plus it gives you both more time to save for the wedding :) Good luck!

Is there a time limit on when we can upgrade to the SuperSizer Challenge? I want to do it but I won't have the money until I get my refund

In the official rules, there's something about being able to use a HealthyWage designated Vitals Checker instead of a doctor. Does anyone know how we find a Vitals Checker? I don't have the money to see a doctor and I don't have health insurance.
ProfessorB, 6 months ago
I didn't think my doctor would want to hassle with it either, but he was suprisingly happy to do it. Can't hurt to ask. I don't know anything about the Vitals Checker, tho.

I'd like to know the same thing. I don't think my doctor would want to have to fill out all the information they ask.

The link I was sent for the doctors form does not work, can someone point me to it? Thanks :)

My doctor stated she couldn't get into the site and when she called the number, they left a message, no call back yet. Anyone else's doctors having problems?
Imbizetbizet, 6 months ago
My Dr. hasn't filled it out. I think she's having problems too.

I'm contemplating investing $300 so that I can get $1000 once I reach a healthy BMI, the thing is I'm still skeptical of whether they would actually give me $1000 in cash and not in like coupons or something (there's always a catch to these things). Has anyone that has succeeded at the supersize challenge actually received the $1000 or $400?

I thought you had to signup for supersizer by 1/10? In any case, I did it. I figure even if they go under, the fact that I think there is money on the line will in itself be a huge motivator.

new to all of this need to lose at least 100 lbs. I have type 2 diabetes and I am scared for my health, plus I want to be skinny for my wedding ( I had to postpone it because I don't feel like I will be beautiful in a wedding dress) Also my fiancee and I want to have kids and as it stands right now I am not healthy enough to have children either....I am ready...I can do this
Marie, 6 months ago
You have so much ging for you. Just remember you lose weight one pound at a time. So don't get discouraged. You can do it.
DSW, 6 months ago
Once you have that wedding you'll have to post us a picture of the new skinny bride.
