Overweight

Telling each other the ways being overweight slows us down. Each day we vent one way our weight slowed us down today. We've all been there so let's remember the reasons we are dieting.

I travel a lot, and I hate having to 'squeeze' into a seat or hold my breathe to fasten the safety belt.

We do alot outside and I can't keep up with my friends, they always have to slow up for me

When I have extra weight, I huff and puff more...I notice it, and I hate it!

I hate that I wakeup in the middle of the night with sore hips and back. I know it is the extra 60 pounds I am caring around. My heels hurt when I walk and I even get winded going up a flight of stairs. I am only 46 and I feel like I am 64.

I'm 48 lbs. over my ideal weight. I can't do pilates like I used to nor any other high intensity workouts that I used to love to do (kickboxing used to be my favorite). It's my hips and lower back that suffer the most from the weight
