Vitals

Store your vitals and medical test results in your health record to understand your health and how it changes over time. Common vitals taken by your doctor include pulse, heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol level and blood sugar level. If you have a particular condition--like diabetes, asthma or high blood pressure—it is important to regularly track health vitals and how they respond to drugs, foods or diets.

We currently allow you to track the following vitals in your daily Journal. Let us know if you’d like us to add additional vitals tracking.
