Are you ready to improve your health? Setting goals is the first step to behavior change and health improvement. To start achieving your health or weight loss goals:

• Answer a few short questions about strategies you have tried in the past to improve your health
• Rate strategies you'd like to try in the future
• Set your goal
• Commit to a date to achieve your goal
• Use health wellness program to improve your health.
• Join a group and find people with similar goals, i.e. lose weight, quit tobacco, sleep better, lower stress, increase productivity.

Your health goals will be stored in your health record and should be shared with your healthy team.
