Use
Please only use these instructions if you are performing a verified video weigh-in using the HealthyWage App for iPhone or Android. If you are not using the HealthyWage App to film your video, please click here for your video verification instructions.
Quality
Minimum subjective quality: HealthyWage personnel must be able to easily see and understand what is happening in the video. Confusing videos will be treated with suspicion (there is no reason why an honest video should not be perfectly clear).
Length
The video should be around 35 seconds. For ease of uploading, we recommend that teams make a separate video for each team member.
Put on Your Director's Hat!
The video must include the following sequence of four video shots.
Step 1: Calibrate the scale
Get the scale to show "0", usually by tapping your foot on it
Step 2: Show body and turn
Turn left and right so nothing can be hidden
Step 3: Weigh-in
Step on the scale and zoom in to make sure the HealthyWage referees can read the numbers
Step 4: Show body and turn, again
Make sure that you turn one more time and end the video with yourself facing the camera.
