The “HealthyWage Spotlight Success Story" contest is sponsored by HealthyWage. This contest is governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by HealthyWage, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, nor Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to HealthyWage, not Facebook, nor Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to participants who are legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. HealthyWage has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. In order to be eligible as a featured winner to be voted on, you must have won a HealthyWager challenge in September 2023, October 2023, or November 2023.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The window for submitting your HealthyWage success story and images starts December 6, 2023 and ends December 10, 2023. Voting begins at December 13, 2023 and ends at December 17, 2023, midnight PT. All entries (votes) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. HealthyWage reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible votes received during the Submission Period will gathered by HealthyWage. Winners will be contacted via email by HealthyWage on December 20, 2023 and featured on our main Facebook page.

PRIZE:
$500 cash prize, which will be applied to your HW Points for the participant with the highest count of votes.

$250 HealthyWager prize boost to one voter who will be randomly selected. $250 prize boost can only be applied to a current or new HealthyWager challenge. No exceptions.
