This lead Salvatore to try HealthyWage’s individual competition to keep him focused on losing weight and getting to a healthier place. He undertook a diet and exercise plan that helped him lose weight.
Not only does Salvatore know that he looks and feels great, but he also sleeps so much better. Even better is the fact that being part of the HealthyWage competition helped him drop weight that changed what medication he was taking. His cardiologist found a significant drop in what had been extremely high blood pressure. The result was that the cardiologist removed one component from his hypertension medications. The past few months working on the HealthyWage competition also got him money and inspired him to keep working on losing weight. Salvatore’s goal now is to lose another 15 pounds in the next few months so that he can also “kiss his cholesterol medication goodbye!”
